Mountnessing Windmill is a grade II* listed post mill at Mountnessing, Essex, England. Built in 1807, it was most recently restored to working order in 1983.

St Giles is the Mountnessing Church of England parish church. The church is next to Mountnessing Hall in Old Church Lane. It is a beautiful church admired by all who visit the building. The oldest part dates from the 11th century.
There are Sunday services every week at 9.30am.
The church is part of a grouping comprising St Mary’s Buttsbury, St Margaret’s Margaretting, St Mary the Virgin Fryerning, and St Edmund and St Mary Ingatestone.
